What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy works by directly accessing the subconscious mind creating a state of relaxation where the conscious mind becomes less active and when this occurs the subconscious mind becomes open and receptive to positive suggestion and reinforcement.
Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy
Trance enables your brain to work at least 70 times as harder to allow you to access your own internal resources and abilities within you. Allowing to become more focused, free from outside concerns, relaxed and able to make decisions easier enabling you to focus on positive suggestions. Hypnosis enables positive changes to be created by establishing new ways of thinking, behaving and creating a more positive healthy life.

How can Hypnotherapy help?
As Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist I use practical, modern, and well researched strategies with its roots firmly based in the latest neuroscience research to help you make significant, positive changes in your life in a relatively short period of time. I specialise in focusing on solutions to problems and what you want to achieve for a positive future. Neuroscience research is revealing the benefits of hypnosis and understands that while in trance our brains have access to the unconscious mind allowing thoughts, feelings, images, sensations and behavior to become highlighted. Trance allows access to certain brain waves associated with creativity, when in a hypnotic trance we are able to combine lateral and previously unconnected associations to forge new ideas.
Is it safe?
Hypnosis is a natural, safe and gentle way to treat many conditions such as emotional, nervous and psychological problems. It’s also a powerful tool for motivation and performing to your best potential either in sports, the arts, business or personal performance. Neuroscience research tell us that by rehearsing and visualizing your goals performance is improved, just as much as physically performing.

Who's in control?
There’s a lot of myths regarding hypnosis, a hypnotherapist can’t take control of your mind and while in trance you retain full control at times including the ability to accept or reject a suggestion. Trance allows you the control and can only make the changes that you desire. When in trance you are fully aware of your surroundings and you can’t be made to do anything that you would not consciously do.
